Southern Sudan Fighting

English/Nat Sudanese rebels are preparing to attack Juba - the Khartoum government's last major garrison in the south of the country. The Southern Peoples Liberation Army (S-P-L-A) says it is well-equipped with armoury, both seized from the Khartoum government and provided by the Ugandan government.
